The site was easy enough to get around and the pages loaded fine for me. I was able to find what I needed without having to dig too much, which I appreciated. A couple parts of the checkout and navigation could be a little clearer though — if it got much more confusing, I’d probably just leave and shop somewhere else. Overall, it worked well and didn’t feel too frustrating

It did a solid job keeping my room cool in the afternoons, which is exactly what I needed. It’s a bit louder than I’d like, but nothing too terrible. I’d still recommend it if you just need something that cools well.

I was a little nervous about the noise before I ordered it, because things like this can get annoying, annoying quickly if they’re too loud.
But yeah, it’s actually quieter than I expected. If the room is completely silent, I can hear a soft little hum, but it’s not something I notice while I’m working or watching TV.

I’ve been really happy with the battery on this. It easily lasts me all day without any issues, and I think most people who use it regularly would be impressed too.

I don’t get why people complain about the packaging. Mine showed up perfectly fine, the box was neat, clean, and didn’t have any dents or damage at all.

Delivery was smooth and the package arrived exactly when they said it would. The tracking updated like it should, and I didn’t have to chase anyone down or send annoying follow-up emails. it’s nice when a company just keeps its word, that should be the standard, but it still feels worth pointing out. Simple experience, in a good way.

I got my order, but two of the items were completely different from what I picked. So that was fun. Support did eventually fix it, but it took way longer than it should have. Kind of annoying, and yeah, I probably won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

I picked this up for my room during that really hot week, it did help cool the air a bit. It’s definitely not the same as having an AC, but when it was nearby, I could feel a difference. So far, it’s been solid. I use it fairly often, and it’s been tossed in my car and brought outside a few times. No rips, no loose parts, and it still looks good overall, if that makes sense.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I did notice a little bit of wear on one edge, but it’s nothing that really affects using it. Overall, I’m happy with it and it seems durable enough so far
